Tatonic ("we") operates TagTidy and PageCrate. This policy explains what data the apps access and how we handle it.

What we access

TagTidy reads the tags in your CRM sub-account and contact counts per tag, and when you confirm a change, adds or removes tags on contacts and renames or deletes tags. PageCrate reads your ClickUp Docs and the names of Spaces, Folders and Lists to build an export.

What we store

We store only what is needed to keep you signed in, such as access tokens, in a signed session. We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising. Tag lists, contacts and Docs are processed to perform the action you request and are not kept after it completes.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Credentials are kept out of code and limited to the server running the app.

Third parties

The apps talk only to the platform you connect them to (your CRM or ClickUp) and, for billing, that platform or our payment processor.

Your choices

Uninstall the app at any time to revoke access. Email support@tatonic.app to ask about or delete any data tied to you.

Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new date.
